Parkville is known for its historic downtown filled with local artistry shops and the beautiful English Landing Park that follows the Missouri River. The area is home to Park University as well as the prestigious National Golf Club of Kansas City designed by KC’s very own Tom Watson. There are plenty local business and Zona Rosa is only a few mins away. With the Park Hill School district touted as one of the best in the state, homes are often at a premium no matter what the price point.
