August 2019 Kansas City real estate market statistics from KCRAR

KCRAR has released the August 2019 real estate market reports for Kansas City and its surrounding counties.

The report overview indicates that home supply has dropped and home prices are on the rise – making this a great time to list before homebuyers are distracted by the holiday season.

Heartland MLS continues to provide healthy results for buyers and sellers across the Kansas City metro in both Kansas and Missouri. In August 2019, local agents closed 4,073 property transactions with an average time on market of just 43 days.
