As businesses reopen and individuals slowly venture out into public space, we want you to know that we’re here to help you – whatever your personal preference may be. We have a number of ways that you can schedule home tours while still being safe and socially responsible.
Live Virtual Property Tours
If you’ve been pre-approved for a home loan or have a bank letter for cash offers, we can help you tour properties throughout the area without ever having to leave your sweats.
The Buy Sell Live KC team uses Google Hangouts to offer a live video feed of the home as our agent walks you through and points out key details. The Hangouts feed is a private connection and link – so you’re free to ask questions, request the agent to look closer at something or give your opinion on features you like and don’t like. We’ll be talking with you and taking notes the whole way to help you narrow your home search – just like we do when meeting in person.
Recorded Virtual Property Tours
For properties where a live feed is difficult (like in rural areas or land without wifi!), our team will visit on your behalf. With your specific property criteria in mind, we record a video tour of the space and break it into bite-sized chunks for easy downloading. Once we are back into signal territory, we upload the clips and send them to your email for review at your convenience.
After watching the videos, you can jump onto a quick call with your agent or send a quick email to let them know your thoughts and ideas about the properties you toured.
In-Person Home Tours
Our agents are actively touring homes with prospective homebuyers as allowed by mandates and restrictions in Kansas and Missouri. For the safety of your family, our families and the homeowners, we make every effort to adhere to these simple steps:
- We will wear masks while touring and at any time in which we are in close quarters
- If you don’t have a mask, but would like one, we have some extras we’d be happy to give you
- We’ll guide in-depth discussions to larger rooms or outdoors where it’s easiest to maintain social distance
- Our agents keep hand santizer in their cupholders for use before and after showings
- You’re welcome to have some if you’d like!
- We won’t shake your hand. Don’t worry – we’re still thrilled to meet you!
- We will drive separately to showings or between multiple homes being shown
Please note that some sellers or sellers’ agents may have additional requirements for touring a property. We will inform you of these details prior to scheduling your showing if so.
